Mandarin technology

We bring our innovative touch to every project, proving that nothing is impossible.

Mandarin Technology has been developed with particular attention to the technical gaps that the market presents: our Research & Development are aimed at overcoming the limits that current technology imposes, with the aim of always offering new technical possibilities.

Mandarin Main Roller

The Mandarin main roller is positioned 2cm below the needle working space to aid precise control of the fabric and reduce weaving times, this means separation becomes obsolete. The stepper motors that control the draft, they allow the rotors to turn only as much as necessary, this means that if the machine produces 1mm of stitch, the draft will turn by 1mm and no more. Furthermore, the pressure of the rollers is directly proportional to the draft speed that is set.

Motorized Thread Guides (SYF)

The SYF (Smart Yarn Feeders) Technology arises from the need to release the movement of the yarn guides from the carriage. Each yarn guide is controlled by an encoder from a belt that runs along the entire needle bed, making it possible to carry out types of processes such as inlay or easily inverted vanise. SYF technology also significantly reduces weaving times, optimizing production.

No-waste hairdo

The Mandarin S series machines are equipped with an innovative combing system. This system takes inspiration from the combs of manual straightening machines, using a steel wire that fits into the teeth of the comb. Thanks to this innovation, the comb it slips directly into the fabric without the need to weave the separation, elastic and thread  saving weaving and yarn time.

Motorized sector draft

Secondary draft (auxiliary) composed of 19 sectors individually controlled by stepper motors. Each sector can be independently calibrated via the programming software. This system guarantees maximum control over the fabric exiting the machine in the desired areas.

Independent Tuck Gradation

The tuck gradation motor is a component mounted externally to the shoe of the Shoe Upper Serie and intervenes automatically in the regulation of the desired density. Furthermore, the motor is able to manage the tension variations of the thread. The tuck gradation motor represents a technologically advanced solution for flat knitting machines that process fabrics with very dense zones. Thanks to its ability to precisely regulate the movement of the cams, this motor allows you to obtain high performance fabrics in a more efficient and accurate way, avoiding the inconveniences associated with the formation of blocked stitches or difficulties in unloading the stitch.

Smart Carriage

The Mandarin undercarriage has been reduced in size in favor of reverse speed and the undercarriage plate has been designed to ensure maximum ratioquality-productivity

IRO SF-2 negative feeders

Negative feeders, known as IROs, are a type of yarn feeder that can handle a small "yarn stock" and deliver it to the yarn guides in the required quantities with high precision. Used for processes where precision is important, such as technical fabrics, complete garments and footwear, the IROs perform two main functions: Grammer and tensioner.

CAN Bus electronics

The electronics integrated in Mandarin machines is of the CAN Bus type and uses PAC communication nodes to replace the classic PLC system.
