Description
Automatic flat-knitting machine equipped with a single carriage with three systems, which are able to transfer the needle individually or simultaneously; they can transfer the needle when the other system knits. The machine control interface, with LCD display, facilitates interaction with the systems integrated into the machine by being easy to understand. The inversion of the cams is managed by motors, replacing the traditional mechanical management in each individual system, reducing the distance and improving precision. The new Smart design of the carriage and the motorized management of the cams significantly reduce production times. Each gradation engine is equipped with the "dynamic gradation" function which allows you to create fabrics with more density on the same row, increasing the stylistic possibilities.

REINFORCED NECK
The neck of the 14G Shoes Upper needle is a gauge 9, so as to provide greater rigidity and resistance to bending during very dense work.

REINFORCED HEAD
The hook of the 14G Shoes Upper needle is 12G fineness to allow for denser work.

EXTENDED HOOK
The hook of the 14G Shoes Upper needle is longer than a regular 14G needle, so you can work more threads on the same needle.
Reinforced hybrid needle
Independent Tuck Grading
A stepper motor is mounted outside the carriage with the specific function of supporting the needle unloading during very dense work where unloading is not easily possible. The motor comes into action and gives an additional push to the heels of the under-needles.

SYF Technology
SYF Technology (Smart Yarn Feeders) replaces normal yarn feedres with an innovative belt transport system. Each yarn feeder is equipped with a forward belt and a return belt controlled by encoders to guarantee maximum precision in their positioning. This technology allows you to carry out complex processes that cannot be performed without it, furthermore the SYF technology eliminates empty runs of the carriage, optimizing production. The reduced dimensions of the carriage favor productivity, it is also equipped with an independent lighting system that allows you to control the systems' work.

MANDARIN MAIN ROLLER
The Mandarin draw is positioned 2 cm below the working space of the needles and is controlled by stepper motors.

SMART CARRIAGE
The dimensions of the carriage have been reduced in favour of reversal speed.

MOTORIZED SINKERS
Sinkers equipped with stepper motor for each individual system.

TOUCHSCREEN LCD MONITOR
Machine control interface via 11" LCD touchscreen monitor.

ELETTRONIC CAN BUS
Mandarin machines have the latest generation integrated electronics.

DYNAMIC STITCH
Grading with hyper-fast motors with a maximum range of 150 dots per inch.

SMART YARN FEEDERS
The Shoes Upper Series is available with traditional yarn feeders or with SYF (Smart Yarn Feeders) motorized yarn feeders.

INDUSTRY 4.0
All Mandarin machines are integrated with 4.0 technology and its dedicated software KNITTING CLOUD PLATFORM.

SYF WEFT DEVICE
A system capable of carrying out woven processes even with motorized thread guides.

NEGATIVE YARN SUPPLIER (IRO)
Controllable yarn feeding system for millimetre-precise work.

INDEPENDET TUCK STITCH
Stepper motor mounted externally to the carriage for the tuck grading function.

REINFORCED HYBRID NEEDLE
The Shoe Upper Series needle is hybrid, the hook is reinforced to withstand the great stresses caused by the Tuck grade.

14G s.u. (Shoes Upper)
36", 52" (inches).
controlled by AC servomotor with 32 selectable speed settings, the maximum speed is 1.4m/s
single carriage with two systems / single carriage with three systems.
transfer, tuck, knitting, pointelle, intarsia, jacquard, shaping, concealed shaping, fully fashioned, flessage.
controlled by AC servomotor with movement within 2 inches for precise regulation.
the safety alarm device moves horizontally.
comes with an advanced counting system.
each system is complete with transfer, work, knitting and out of work, operating with maximum efficiency.
controlled by stepper motor, 128 densities to choose from, 0-650 subdivision regulation technology which makes the length of the knitted items more precise.
controlled by high-speed stepper motor. Dynamic stitch length in several addresses/tables makes fabrics with more stitches in the same row possible, thereby enhancing the working design.
controlled by stepper motor, adjustable for different stitches, allows different shaping and textures.
rubber rollers in raised position, controlled by stepper motor with automatic speed and pressure regulation. Programmable instructions, 32 variable power levels with 0-100 subdivision regulation.
2x8 yarn feeders on both sides of the 4 guides, adjustable to any position (actual motorized yarn feeders for the SYF model).
the alarm activates automatically if the yarn breaks, rolls up or rises, the knitted piece wraps around, end of job, counting error, needle crash, programming errors or a safety stop.
- Display: provided with a 10.4 inch industrial LCD touch screen and graphic interface. Input by USB or ethernet, internal memory up to 2GB. - Monitoring menu: all operating parameters can be set in several languages and also altered during work in progress.
knitting data can be uploaded, downloaded and shared by means of high speed Ethernet connection.
Weft device (*) : additional device with mechanical adjustment for weft processes.
SYF Weft device (*) : integrated device with electronic adjustment for weft processes.
independent tuck for more compact working.
2 pairs of cutters and 4 grippers, individually controlled by 6 motors, located separately on both sides of the needle bed. The process orders can be performed either simultaneously or separately, in order to keep the use of yarn down to the minimum.
